Deck Restoration Services FAQ

1. Any floor board, step tread, or railing repairs or replacements.
2. Deck powerwashing and cleaning.
3. Wood protection application, transparent, semi-transparent or solid stain selection. Some types and color samples provided.

1. Weather permitting, the first day or two may be power washing and cleaning, and or sanding preparations if required.

2. The next day or so, stain application prep set-up, surrounding area protection, and staining process as weather permits as stain needs optimal conditions and temperatures for applying and a couple days or more for curing.

The timeline for restoring a deck or fence varies based on the size, condition, any repairs, and complexity of the project, but most decks and fences on average can be completed within a few work days and larger decks a couple extra days, weather permitting. Unlike some low-cost contractors and Handyman services, Brentwood doesn't rush the project and have stain dripping from the railings, balusters and top-cap, or use cheap products and materials. We additionally, seek to protect your property, plants and landscape in the process.

On the first day we first have the customer make an initial minimal payment for materials, supplies and some work completed for the day. Then a second payment is required after the second work day is accomplished if it applies to the project needed. A third and final payment is made after the project is completed.
